Works with the local residents and policy makers to preserve the architectural riches of Morningside Heights, Manhattanville, and Hamilton Heights through landmark designation. Identifies districts and individual buildings for landmark status. Monitors Hamilton Heights Historic District, and Morningside Heights. Liaises with the City Landmarks Preservation Commission and all related agencies.
What we are working on:
> Riverside Park 20yr Master Plan
> LPC forum on landmarks (maintenance, nominations) (TBD)
> 2017 | RFP – Concession Services at W151st Street at Riverside Park
> Rules of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission,Title 63, Rules of the City of New York
