On Monday, July 13th 2020, Manhattan Community Board No. 9 hosted a presentation on the potential development of the former RKO theater site at 146th and Broadway. Two developers, Omni New York and Brisa Builders, made presentations and took questions from the audience.
We are looking to get feedback from the community on which presentation you like more, and why, as we move ahead with this process.
